About FACCM
FACCM is a professional organization of providers dedicated to ensuring quality in the early learning industry through advocacy, education, and accreditation. Membership in The Florida Association for Child Care Management (FACCM) is open to early care and learning providers, childcare centers, preschools, and early childhood advocates.
FACCM is unique in its approach to fulfilling its mission statement, in that the board is made up of owners and operators and child advocates who walk in the same shoes as the members. They face the same issues of shortages of qualified teachers and caregivers, the rising costs of overhead, inability to provide health benefits, issues with coalitions and licensing counselors. They have dealt with the same enrollment problems, encountered similar subsidized funding issues and may be involved with the USDA food program.
Like you, the members of the FACCM board of directors desire to provide the highest level of quality education and care to the children and families of Florida while protecting the investments we have made in our businesses. Membership in FACCM is membership in the only organization in the state of Florida that understands the issues and works on both the local and the state level to support the private provider of early learning services.
Vision
The Florida Association for Child Care Management is a private nonprofit organization that represents early learning and child care center owners across the state to ensure their perspective is considered through consistent legislative involvement and quality initiatives.
Mission
The Florida Association for Child Care Management’s mission is to be the leader in building and protecting a vibrant, professional child care industry.
